The Fishers And The Hunters - Part Two: The Hunters

The ominous signs that the hunters as foretold by Jeremiah are coming are too plain to ignore. America will soon become so Anti-Semitic that many Jews will come under severe persecution. The time to return home is now. For those who remain it will be up to those of us who know Yeshuah to stand with the Jewish people with our lives. Like Esther of old, if we perish, we perish.

TEXT: Jeremiah 16:15-16  - But, The Lord lives, that brought up the children of Israel from the land of the north, and from all the lands whither he had driven them: and I will bring them again into their land that I gave unto their fathers.  [16] Behold, I will send for many fishers, saith the Lord, and they shall fish them; and after will I send for many hunters, and they shall hunt them from every mountain, and from every hill, and out of the holes of the rocks.

 

In Isaiah 49:15-16, God says He will not forget the Jewish people, but has engraved them on the palms of His hands and their walls are continually before Him! When God called Moses to lead the children of Israel out of Egyptian bondage, His command to Pharaoh through Moses was simple - LET MY PEOPLE GO. If Pharaoh refused, God promised to kill his firstborn son.

Exodus 4:22-23  - And thou shall say unto Pharaoh, Thus saith the Lord, Israel is my son, even my firstborn: [23] And I say unto thee, Let my son go, that he may serve me: and if thou refuse to let him go, behold, I will slay thy son, even thy firstborn.

Exodus 6:6  - Wherefore say unto the children of Israel, I am the Lord, and I will bring you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians, and I will rid you out of their bondage, and I will redeem you with a stretched out arm, and with great judgments:

God’s deep abiding and continual love for the Jewish people is eternal. No matter what state the nation of Israel may find herself in God has a special place in His heart for this tiny nation. In His own sovereignty He called Abraham to become the father of many nations, including the nation of Israel. Through Abraham came Isaac, then Jacob, then 12 sons who became the 12 tribes of Judah. Jesus (Yeshuah) came from the tribe of JUDAH, a son of Jacob, from where we get the name "Jew." It is because of God's love for Israel that He has always warned her of coming judgment before it falls. I am not a prophet nor do I claim to be but I believe (as well as others who have a prophetic gift) that as God's purposes in history continue to move onward toward Jerusalem, He has chosen THIS GENERATION and time in history to favor Zion in a supernatural way. God seeks to deliver the Jewish population here in America that has entangled itself in a heathen culture. He is warning those who will listen to escape the coming judgments and plagues coming upon America, and the world.

Just as they were in Egypt, the Jewish people today are in slavery to many false gods in America. Not only Jews, but also many Christians, have succumbed to the materialistic spirit that grips our society. The gospel message has been diluted down to nothing more than a buffet serving of blessing and getting from the Lord without any emphasis on accountability, humility, brokenness, integrity, and sacrifice. As we stated in part one of this two-part journal, it is imperative for the Jewish people to make Aliyah (return) to Israel before greater judgments or plagues come upon our nation. One of the greatest judgments that will come in the very near future are the hunters.

In March 1987, Tom Hess, who authored the book, “Let My People Go,” had a vision where bombs were going off over his head. In the vision, he reached for the phone to call and warn others about the bombs but it was too late. Suddenly, he found himself in deep travail and intercession against the powers of Communism and Islam. After a period of time, a small voice spoke to Tom and said “Severe judgments are coming on America soon, but I am holding them back briefly because the Jews have not been adequately warned to return to Israel.” Tom Hess is not a Jew, he is a Gentile. Many have mistaken his burden as being Anti-Semitic and lacking respect for his Jewish brethren. Upon the first reading of the first chapter in his book I myself took a deep breath and said, “wow, he believes the Jewish people should leave America.”

 I said those things to say this. I have heard OTHER prophetic voices just in the last few months who have all agreed that America is rapidly deteriorating and judgment has been decreed against her by God. Whether that judgment can be totally averted no one knows. Some say yes, others say no. ALL AGREE however, that the church can DELAY this judgment through our intercession and travail before the Lord AND BY honoring and protecting our Jewish brethren in the Lord and loving even those who are outside Yeshuah at the present. All the voices also agreed that rising Anti-Semitism in America within the next TWELVE months would make it impossible for the Jewish people to leave this country without anything else than the shirts on their backs. Laws will be passed over the next 12-18 months that will prohibit money from being taken out of the country. Many prophecies coming forth right now say our economy will be like a roller coaster ride over this time but there is coming an economic meltdown so severe in America, that we, like Nazi Germany in the late 1920s and early 1930s, will be looking for a scapegoat. That scapegoat is going to be the Jew. The Jews have always been blamed for any crisis that arises in nations. It’s sad and sick, but true.

Just as Haman of old offered the king millions of dollars in silver as he proposed the extermination of the Jewish race in the region of Persia during the days of Esther, so will many American citizens sell out their Jewish friends and neighbors over the barrel of Arab oil.  I respect President Bush and think he has done a wonderful job in office, but I’m not sure he will be able to do anything about this when it takes place. The seeds for this have been planted long before he got to Washington. Even those within his own cabinet have views right now that would place America in direct opposition to the best interests of Israel and in doing so we will put ourselves in direct opposition to God! But like in the days of Esther, only fasting, humility and prayer could save the lives of the Jews. And friend, while we have time and the fishers are being raised up, it’s time to PRAY! When the hunters come, it will be too late.

Warning Before Judgment

As things continue to escalate one has to ask how much more time the Jewish people have before it will be too late to return. Most prophetic voices put a time frame of 12 to 18 months before something really bad happens to America. Some 88 civilizations of man, according to J.D. Unwin, have come and gone since the beginning of time. Each has begun with a strict code of sexual and moral conduct and moral passion. Every society that became sexually permissive and materialistically oriented – PERISHED.  The Babylonians, Persians, Romans, Greeks and British are but a few examples. And friend, AMERICA is right on the heels of destruction herself. The nations have been warned and judged to varying degrees, but all ceased to be the leading civilizations of their time. One gentleman told us the other day he felt that everything in nature comes full circle. His view of the future was that those of us in WESTERN society were going to experience conditions like those who live in the EASTERN society. In other words because of our lack of obedience to God, we were headed for the dark ages again soon if things didn’t change.

  In times past, the downfall of civilizations often precipitated a new era in history in the timetable of God. For example, exactly 40 years (one generation), from the beginning of Jesus’ ministry to 70 A.D., Jerusalem was destroyed and God began working in an increasingly revelatory manner and way among the Gentiles. Today, we are at another turning point in history. When one looks at the number 40 as it relates to judgment, it’s easy to see that we are living on borrowed time! God told Jonah that Nineveh would be destroyed in 40 days. The flood lasted 40 days and 40 nights and destroyed the whole earth. During the first Exodus, the unbelieving Israelites who despised the Promised Land missed their destiny and wandered in judgment for 40 years. The law was given to Moses in 40 days but at the end of these 40 days, judgment fell on the camp for their sin.

Before both temples were destroyed, God gave the Jewish people 40 years of grace to rethink their ways after hardening their hearts toward Him. Ezekiel lay on his side for 40 days, one day for each year, bearing the sin of Judah. Then 40 years after the Kingdom of Israel went into exile in Assyria, Jerusalem was destroyed. Forty years after the Sanhedrin moved from the temple to the marketplace, and 40 years after Jesus warned of coming destruction, the temple and Jerusalem were both destroyed. If in the first and second Jewish states God granted 40 years of grace, is it possible the same could be true as we live in the third? That’s a solemn question and one for deep thought. It really is. Friend, time is short.

After 1900 years of Gentile rule, Jerusalem and Israel have both been brought back under Jewish rule. Isaiah 11:11-12 says

Isaiah 11:11-12 - And it shall come to pass in that day, that the Lord shall set his hand again the second time to recover the remnant of his people, which shall be left, from Assyria, and from Egypt, and from Pathros, and from Cush, and from Elam, and from Shinar, and from Hamath, and from the islands of the sea. [12] And he shall set up an ensign for the nations, and shall assemble the outcasts of Israel, and gather together the dispersed of Judah from the four corners of the earth.

As the Jewish people consider the struggle and decision to escape to Israel, I pray everyone will take thought that God has always warned civilizations that have rejected Him to worship other gods. Some of these gods have included materialism (golden calf) sex (fertility goddess), abortion (child sacrifice to Molech), and atheism (man or self). Only after warning and a call to repentance does judgment come upon them. As Jeremiah states, God calls for the FISHERS first, then the hunters. In other words, now is the time God is raising up the voices of people to “fish” the Jewish people out and encourage them to make preparations NOW for the coming judgment. In most instances in history, when major judgments come on civilizations, as many believe is coming upon America and other Gentile nations, less than 10% of the Jewish people have escaped. The following are some biblical and historical warnings, types of deliverances, responses and judgments:

§         The Flood – (Noah gave warning) Noah and seven others were saved out of the entire world population. The flood destroyed the whole word after Noah warned them for 120 years and built an ark for their deliverance.

§         Sodom and Gomorrah – (Angels gave warning) Four were saved out of the entire population of Sodom and Gomorrah and one of them was destroyed by becoming a pillar of salt. Angels warned Lot to take his family and anyone else in the city who belonged to him and flee immediately, then God destroyed these wicked cities and people by fire and brimstone from heaven. More than 25 years ago, before abortion was legalized or AIDS was even thought of, Dr. Billy Graham said that if God would not destroy America for her sins, He would have to apologize to Sodom and Gomorrah. How much more now?

§         1200-1500 B.C. – (Moses gave warning) Moses warned the Egyptian Pharaoh to let God’s people go, but Pharaoh pursued the Israelites and was destroyed. This precipitated the downfall of the Egyptian civilization.

§         862 B.C. – (Jonah gave warning) Jonah told the people of Nineveh that they would be destroyed in 40 days. All the people fasted and prayed and God delayed destruction for more than 100 years.

§         721 B.C. – (Hosea and Isaiah gave warning) The Northern Kingdom of Israel fell to the Assyrians and the Israelites were scattered throughout Assyria. Hosea and Isaiah, among others, had rebuked Israel’s idolatrous and corrupt ways and warned of this destruction.

§         586 B.C. (Jeremiah and Isaiah gave warning) Judah, and its capitol, Jerusalem, surrendered to Babylonian control after the warnings of Jeremiah and Isaiah fell on deaf ears. The Jews were taken into exile to Babylon.

§         539 B.C. – (Daniel gave warning) Babylon was captured in one night when the Persian leader Cyrus stepped into power without a fight. Daniel warned of the end of the Babylonian rule when he literally saw the writing on the wall. Only a small percentage were able to flee.

§         331 B.C. – (Daniel gave warning). The Persian Empire, the largest ever seen in the ancient East, fell to Alexander the Great in one decisive battle. Daniel warned of the end of Persian rule.

§         133 B.C. – (Daniel gave warning). The Greek Empire fell to Rome, and the Roman Empire united the then known world under their rule. Daniel also warned of the division and end of the Roman Empire.

§         70 A.D. (Jesus gave warning) Jesus warned the Jewish people in 33 A.D. of the soon coming destruction of Jerusalem. (Matthew 24:2, 23:37). Titus, the Roman Commander, destroyed Jerusalem in 70 A.D. Some 1.5 million Jewish people were killed according to Josephus.

§         (God supernaturally gave warning) According to Josephus, God then warned the Jewish people immediately preceding the attack in 70 A.D. by having a sword appear over the city of Jerusalem for about ten days. The first night of the ten days, the Eastern Gate was opened supernaturally and 100,000 fled, i.e. only 7-10% of the population left before its destruction. (Same thing happened in Nazi Germany in the mid 1930s.)

§         1300 A.D. – Rabbi Nachmanides gave warning. Some 100 years before the Inquisition in Spain, this rabbi said destruction was coming to the Jews in Spain. He not only mentioned Jews throughout Spain to make Aliyah, but also led his followers in making Aliyah to Palestine himself!

§         1920-1944 A.D. (Jewish and Christian Zionist Leaders gave warnings of the Holocaust) Rabbis in Europe in the 1920s and 1930s, preceding the Holocaust, were discouraging Jews from making Aliyah and moving back to their land. However Vladimir Jabotinsky was going throughout Europe saying “Liquidate the Diaspora or the Diaspora will liquidate you.” Dr. Max Nordau was saying that only one-third of the Jews would return to the land and the rest would eventually be assimilated or die in the Diaspora (the dispersed lands). These and other Zionists were traveling throughout Europe warning the Jews to leave before and during Adolph Hitler’s reign of terror because they sensed something BAD was on the horizon with Hitler. Hardly anyone listened. Some six million Jews were destroyed in Germany and Europe. This happened within 40 years after the time Theodore Herzl founded the World Zionist Congress and when the Christian Zionist, Rev. William Hechler, began to teach from the Bible that God would soon restore the nation of Israel. Hechler also warned that an anti-Semitic movement would come and create a longing for the Jews to return to their homeland.  While nominal and counterfeit Christians were involved in betraying and destroying the Jewish people, Christian Zionists were helping the Jewish people. Corrie Ten Boom is one such Christian whose story is told in the film and book The Hiding Place. Dietrich Bonhoeffer, a famous theologian, was imprisoned and later killed in a plot to try to stop Hitler. Other voices warned of coming tragedy, yet only about 10% of the 600,000 Jews left Germany. Unfortunately, the Jews had very little place to go in the 1930s since the state of Israel had not been established. After this tragedy and the death of six million Jews, the state of Israel was born. Out of death, God brought new life. Still only four million out of the total Jewish population of 14 million have followed God’s call to return home.

§         1970s (Jewish and Christian Zionists gave warning) Zionist leaders encouraged Jews from Iran to escape and make Aliyah to Israel. Many stayed and now it is almost impossible to leave under the dictatorships in Iran.

§         1977-1983 (Jacob Timmerman gave warning). A newspaper editor warned Jewish people in the late 1970s of coming Nazi Anti-Semitism in Argentina (a Western country in South America). Timmerman encouraged Jewish people to return to Israel but only a few left. He was put under house arrest and greatly tortured. NO LEADERS STOOD WITH HIM! The American Press estimated that 30,000 to 40,000 Jews went missing or were tortured. Thousands to this day have never been found. Timmerman is another example of God’s faithfulness to warn people before calamity. Others had went to Argentina warning the Jewish race to leave. No one listened.

§         Present (WILL YOU HELP GIVE THE WARNING?) America’s days are numbered! It’s time for voices to come forth from the church of Yeshuah to the Jewish people that making Aliyah is not an option – it’s a command and requirement for their life! God’s voice is being heard clearly that the hunters are coming, the hunters are coming! Make ready NOW, says the Lord.

George Washington’s Vision Of The Future

During the Revolutionary War, George Washington, the father of our nation, had a vision about the destruction of America before it was even born. This vision is recorded in the Library of Congress. Washington saw the results of the Revolutionary and the Civil Wars and warned of the coming judgment of America in a third war. This is what he recorded of the vision:

Again I heard the mysterious voice say, “Son of the Republic, look and learn.” At this the dark, shadowy angel placed a trumpet to his mouth, and blew three distinct blasts; and taking water from the ocean, he sprinkled it upon Europe, Asia and Africa. Then my eyes beheld a fearful scene. From each of these continents arose thick black clouds that were soon joined into one. And throughout this mass there gleamed a dark red light by which I saw hordes of armed men. These men, moving with the cloud, marched by land and sailed by sea to America, which was enveloped in the volume of the cloud. And I dimly saw these vast armies devastate the whole country and burn the villages, towns and cities that I had seen springing up. As my eyes listened to the thundering canons, clashing of swords, and the shouts and cries of swords, and the shouts and cries of millions in mortal combat I again heard the mysterious voice saying, “Son of the Republic look and learn.” When this voice had ceased, the dark shadowy angel placed his trumpet once more to his mouth, and blew a long and fearful blast.

Other voices in America’s history have warned her! Charles Parham, the father of the Pentecostal movement, warned of judgments coming on America. Referring to James 5 and Washington’s vision Parham said, “prophecy states that near the end of time of the end of the church and nation will become lifted up (with pride) and forget God and spread it abroad in power and self-glory. For these things God will devastate the nation and the whole body of the eagle will be burned, as Washington in his vision toward the end of this nation’s history saw cities laid waste from coast to coast.” David Wilkerson, author of the book and movie, The Cross and the Switchblade, has had visions of nuclear devastation coming to America. Hal Lindsey  has been warning the nation for years that “America will be destroyed by a nuclear first strike.” Nita Johnson had a vision just 3 months ago where she saw missiles coming out of the ground in America in reaction to a massive assault upon our nation by foreign powers. As Nita put it, “there were not enough missiles in the ground to retaliate before utter devastation took place on American soil.” Friend, HEAR THE WORD OF THE LORD IN THESE VISIONS!

But as America has been warned (and still is by those who are hearing from God), God now seems to be giving specific warnings to the Jewish people in America (and other parts of the world) to return to Israel! Why? Because the hunters are coming. Great revival is about to break out in Israel. Things are going to get a little fun before we see that in its fulfillment but we believe the Lord is going to be glorified in an unprecedented way overseas.

Where America stands in this entire scenario I don’t know. The same prophetic people who have seen America’s downfall and destruction have also said that there is a TRUE MOVE OF GOD also coming to this nation. Now, the so-called church here in American may reject it, but those who have an open heart and know Yeshuah as their Lord and Saviour will experience this! Watch what I say, Praise God. But the revival that is coming is not going to be a seminar-based conference. It’s going to be a supernatural outpouring of the Spirit of God upon all flesh. Your sons and daughters will prophesy and your old men will dream dreams, your young men will see visions. And before that great and notable day of the Lord – I WILL BE GLORIFIED, says the Lord. America can either humble herself while there is still time, or American can perish. It’s her choice. (WHICH MEANS IT IS OUR CHOICE!) The call to revival is an individual call first, then a national one. It starts with people who are willing to lay their lives down for others!

At this time, most rabbis and spiritual leaders of Jewish people in America are responding as their counterparts did before the Holocaust in Germany and Europe in the 1920s and 1930s. Many are either discouraging Aliyah saying they are American Jews or are not strongly encouraging it because they are building their own movements. Very few are making it a priority or leading their congregation to make Aliyah to Israel despite the biblical injunction to return to the land. Names like Lance Lambert, Jan Willem van der Hoeven from the International Christian Embassy in Jerusalem, Jay Rawlings, Steve Lightle, Ulf Eckman, Gustav Scheller and many other Christian Zionists have been warning Jews to return as well.

The Next World War

Some believe the next world war will be World War III mentioned in Ezekiel 38 and 39, and also referred to as the “GOG” and “MAGOG” War. The coalition of nations in Ezekiel appears to be Libya, Germany, Turkey, Iran, Russia and Ethiopia who will represent a possible larger Islamic Revolution movement that will burn with Anti-Semitism in the last days. These nations may not only attack Israel but also the United States as implied in George Washington’s vision. When these nations come against Israel, God will intervene and rain fire and brimstone down on their armies and “those who live in the coastlands,” possibly referring to Russia and America. Little Israel may be devastated by this attack but she will survive.

 The point to this is this - Many Jewish people have believed that Israel’s security is in the military and financial support coming from America. The Jewish people need to be warned that while the support of America has in many ways been a blessing in the past, the future support of Israel will increasingly come from God Himself and, hopefully, from those of us whom the Lord is raising up right now – THE FISHERS. Jeremiah said both would come forth in the last days. Some have already come in the past; MORE will come (on both sides) in the future.

The last decade has seen an “apparent” end to Communism, but friend, Communism is alive and well on planet Earth. Gary Kah, a former governmental employee from the State of Indiana, has done extensive research over the past 15 years outlining the Communists plan to make the world think they are down – but they are not OUT! There are still many nuclear weapons both in Russia, Communist China, and other Moslem countries. Paul said in the last days that a cry would go up for “peace, peace.” When this happens he warned “sudden destruction was coming upon ‘them’ like a pregnant woman and they will not escape.” Other leaders have not been so hidden about their agenda. Many Moslem countries (Iraq, Libya, Iran, etc.) have vowed the destruction of America.

The Choice

Many reading this journal have shaken their head and said “I don’t think the time for this is yet.” Hear what I say to you. The Anti-Messiah world order forces are now launching the most spectacular peace movement on record in the West and in the East. Let what I am about to say to you next sink in and STAY in your heart. In every major civilization most people waited too long to prepare to escape and respond for deliverance. As Tom Hess stated it, “never did a falling civilization respond too quickly.” TODAY is the day to hear God’s voice friend and respond to what he has for you. Business as usual in America ENDED on September 11, 2001 and things that are coming to this country are going to shake our foundations unlike anything in our past.

The choice we have today is very simple. One, we must make sure we know Yeshuah. Today is the day of salvation for some of you reading this article. Making Aliyah will not matter if you’re lost. Your eternal soul is more important than making Aliyah. If you don’t know Him today, make that decision NOW. Two, if you are Jewish, you must take the words of these two journals and ponder whether what I have said is true or false. I believe the Holy Spirit is speaking to some of you right now and bearing witness that the words I speak are true. Friend, time is short. Thirdly, if you are a Gentile believer in Yeshuah, the choice for us is simple too. WE MUST STOP OUR SILENCE NOW! We cannot be quiet any longer and allow the world to continue its rampage of hatred toward our fellow brethren in Jesus. WE MUST BECOME THE TRUMPET! Friend, if we don’t speak up, believe me we will pay the ultimate price.

Israel is to be the next and last civilization of man according to prophecy. Several other people with prophetic unction and insight have confirmed these words in this journal. I do not claim to be a prophet. I have written this journal strictly because of the burden that is on my heart right now for the Jewish people and the deep sense I am getting that America is headed for total destruction in the near future. America as a nation may not be spared but you as an individual can be. The last call of repentance in Revelation is not to a corporate body, it is to a person – “if any MAN will hear my voice.” Friend, the Lord is speaking right now to some of you. I cannot do any more than I have already done. I have written what I have written and said what I have said. The Holy Spirit must do the rest. Jeremiah said the Lord would send for the FISHERS, and then He would send for the HUNTERS. If the fishers are coming NOW, how far off can we be until the HUNTERS arrive? To know how close that is we need only look at the chat boards of most Internet services and see the growing hatred and resentment of the American public for the Jewish people.  Israel’s future is Biblically certain. America’s is not! In fact we are not mentioned AT ALL in any strain of Bible prophecy. What should that tell us?

Many Jewish people from Germany and Europe talked about leaving for years before the holocaust. Sadly, most of them were caught in the simple cares and anxieties of everyday life. They ignored the warnings and missed the purpose of God for them in their generation. May we be thankful for God’s continual faithfulness and loving kindness in that before He sends the HUNTERS, He is sending FISHERS with voices like trumpets to warn the Jewish people that dark days are ahead. He’s warning those in the American church that we have some choices ahead of us and we need to make a choice NOW about whose side we are going to stand on.

The failure of past generations should serve as warnings to us that judgment cannot be averted, but only delayed. This delay is the time frame God is giving the Jewish people to escape and return home. Friend, time is short. Time is short. Shalom and blessings from Three Macs and Spirit Journals.
